There are a large number of seminars available which are used often by schools, churches, business, and individuals to educate people about pornography, and online predators who put students, church staff, employees, and family members at risk of a very unpleasant experience. When we queried a number of school district training developers, church pastors, and business developers, we learned very quickly that the majority of these people felt that something was missing in the presentations. We took this information quite seriously and did extensive research to determine what that key factor or factors could be that was missing. It was finally determined that the missing element is interactivity. The majority of these seminars you simply sit there, listen, and take notes. There is nothing there to capture your attention 100% of the time. At Surf'n Safety™ Seminars our attendees discover a whole new world when it comes to seminars. From the very beginning of the curriculum, everyone becomes acquainted with everyone around them on a first name basis. A foundation is established through a proven technique that bonds every attendee with a common factor of trust and consistency that enhances the productivity of motivation while at the same time increasing the level of retention of what was learned during the seminar. In the information below you will find a brief outline of our curriculum. Who am I? This is the stage in our curriculum to crack the shell and bring our attendees out to see the information they are given in a far clearer and effective manner. You learn how to communicate and identify behavioral patterns in people you associate with as well as in content you read in books, video, and the Internet. Understanding of this allows you to identify potential risks BEFORE you are subjected to an unpleasant experience.
Surf'n The Internet - What's It All About? In this segment we introduce everyone to a brief explanation of the Internet, how it can be used, effective use of search engines, and protection of personal information. Personal information is misused daily by many because users are not aware of the dangers of personal information being given out too freely. This is a subject that is covered strongly.
Surf'n the Internet with confidence of remaining safe from unexpected unpleasant moments can easily be accomplished if educated properly and armed with the appropriate tools. In this segment we cover various methods of interaction with others on the Internet. We also cover an extensive list of products and services available for a user to choose from that will meet their particular need for business or personal use.
It is the responsibility of a parent to get the tools necessary to protect themselves as well as their children from unpleasant content on the Internet. The problem is too many parents remain uneducated to the fact of the risk to their children on the Internet. This segment provides an in-depth presentation that shows parent a side of the Internet seldom seen and makes it all too clear why the urgency to educate every person they know of the all too real dangers that can be encountered on the Internet.
A continuation of the previous segment our attendees are given a very graphic view of what pornography on the Internet is all about and of the subtle approaches now being exercised by adult content webmasters to feed crumbs to wet the taste buds of children until they finally have them addicted to the pornographic content.
